Marriage licenses are being issued in person at the Courthouse. For applicants that are medically compromised limited online Zoom appointments are available. Please contact the Court to request more information for a Zoom appointment.
This is NOT a ceremony.
For issuance of the license, you must have your confirmation number, a valid government issued photo ID, and all the fees necessary to purchase the license. The marriage clerk will review your ID, ask for additional information, such as a certified copy of your final divorce decree or a death certificate, collect court costs and issue the license.
- The marriage license is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
- Your registration information and confirmation number is valid for 90 days.
Pursuant to Local Rule 53, all pleadings requiring a new case number or the payment of court costs shall be filed by 4:15 p.m. We advise that you come by 4:00 p.m. to ensure enough time for the issuance of the license.
