• Payment by Check: The Probate Court does not accept personal checks. Money orders, cashier's check, and attorney business checks should be made payable to: Cuyahoga County Probate Court.

• Note: Payments to multiple cases require a separate check; payments for multiple cases 'bundled' onto a single check will be returned.
